Magnify Published!
January 2023
Magnify is officially published in Nature Biotechnology! Magnify is a new expansion microscopy protocol which uses a mechanically sturdy gel that retains nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids without the need for a separate anchoring step. We demonstrated up to 11-fold expansion in a wide variety of tissues, including FFPE human samples. Congratulations, team!

MAGNIFIERS – Magnify x Stimulated Raman Scattering Microscopy
March 2022
The high biomolecule retention of Magnify makes it compatible with Stimulated Raman Scattering Microscopy in tissues up to 7-fold expanded. MAGNIFIERS demonstrates label-free imaging of expanded tissues (left) with ~40 nm resolution, as well as 8-channel multiplex imaging.
